  • Oatmeal (steel cut or whole oats) with cinnamon, raisins, and hemp hearts
  • Ezekial 4:9 toast with mashed avocado
  • Yogurt (read the ingredients!) with water-soaked chia seeds
  • Single egg omelet with avocado and green peppers on sourdough toast
